Ivory nylon/spandex attached panties
4 layers of netting in skirt that extends 27" from dropped waist.
3 layers of gold netting and  1 layer of purple/burgundy netting.
The purple layer does have 2 holes, one on each
side
of the skirt, below the hip.
One hole is about 1.5" and the other about 2". They could be closed with stitches.
No fabric is missing.
As you can see, the holes don't show in the folds of the skirt.
