C8+-Very nice overall, they're all bright & shiny. There's a total of 10 in all. I've been with the USPS since 1986 and these were given to me over the years. They've all been stored in a jewelry box since the beginning so they haven't seen daylight in quite some time. Overall, some nice looking "Lapel Pins" to add to your vintage Collection.
GRADING CRITERIA
C10-MIP/MIB, mint, unused. C9-Near mint, if used, it was with great care. C8-Very nice, minor wear visible, including minor hair rubs/bald spots, minor stress cracks. C7-Presentable, some wear, minor stains, stress cracks, hair rubs/bald spots. From here down, may have rusty rivets. C6-Wear, stains, minor damage, several hair rubs/bald spots, several stress cracks. C5-Heavy wear, minor spots, damage, repairs. C4-Many faults, frayed, heavy damage, spots. C3-Very damaged, useful if covered up. C2-Used mainly for dioramas/battle scenes. C1-R.I.P.
I am by no means a professional grader, but I think I do a pretty fair job. That said, please keep an open mind when bidding.
