Vintage 1930’s Wall Thermometer Northmont Fine Gauge Silk Stockings Metal Old.
This was left in the very first house I bought back in 1980. Reading Pa. Was a big Silk Stocking Manufacturing Area in the Early 1900’s Which is Vanity Fair Now. Any one that lived in those days was a good chance they worked in the Factory or a relative did. They employed Thousands of people. The Elderly Couple I bought the house from probably worked at Vanity Fair at one time. This is one of the Products they made or I’m Assuming. It’s in Good Old Condition. The back is Perfect. The Top Metal has most of the Wear. The Paper Face had a Couple Ripples. One in Center and Slight Amount on Edge. The Temperature Gauge Works
