Your mattress will be shipped in a clear plastic Mattress bag, inside of a blue super thick mattress carrying bag with handles that then goes inside of a custom cardboard box for ultimate protection. Shipping is to your home curbside. Please have someone there to help offload when they arrive as this mattress is heavy.
The delivery company will call you a day in advance to set up your delivery time and date. They will not deliver until they speak to you first . Shipping can take up yo 10 business days depending on your location however we are in Texas (centrally located) and it is typically much much sooner.
