RARE Vintage metal painted Thermometer LUMINALL PAINTS Advertisement Retro

Description

Use the zoom over feature to better inspect this Rare Vintage gem.
Measures 15" x 6" & 3/8" thick.
I believe it's from the 50's?
Has been in many climates & the thermometer still works. :)
When wiping it down to clean, I noticed some of the paint on my cleaning cloth so I'm going to leave a proper cleaning up to the new owner.
Perhaps a clear coat of acrylic spray would seal the weathered surface? This thermometer has a matte (paint) feel unlike all the others I've seen that are shiny.
Haven't seen this particular Luminall thermometer advertisement in my hours of searching.
