This costume is a dazzling one of a kind creation.  It was made exclusively for The Choreographer's closet.  It is from design inspirations I sent in to a tutu maker. There are 2 sets of hook & eye closures for adjustment without the need for sewing.  This tutu has a bit of a bell shape & is on hoops. It is a professional quality tutu.  It features 10 layers of tulle & a hoop.  The bodice is adjustable & detaches from costume, making it easier to make adjustments.
