Basic tutu with hoops - Basic costume and rehearsal tutu
Size: Small Adult
Color: Light Pink
Eight pleated graduated net layers of tulle - seven long and one short layer, are built on net
panties with basque attached to an elastic waistband. Two crinoline resilient hoops are inserted in the middle layer with two extra short ruffles on the edge. The length of the top layer depends on the total height of the dancer.
The first two layers are shorter on the 2 cm than the previous and every next layers is shorter on the 5 cm.
Six large hook and eyes are attached at the back to fasten the skirt.
This tutu is a basic skirt for any professional stage or ballet costume with decor.  Please note that this tutu is a mixture of rigid & soft tulle.  The soft tulle is on the top of the skirt.  The softer tulle is a little lighter pink than the rigid tulle.
That allowed me to get the desired color of light pink & a slight shimmer.
When you receive the tutu the soft tulle layers will be wrinkled from shipping.  The rigid tulle may also be bent, but not as much as the softer tulle.  Please lay the tutu flat & use a steamer to release the creases.
It doesn't have to be a professional steamer. Just remember to steam lightly so there is no damage. It will go back to the shape of the image in the photo. :)
This skirt is perfect for rehearsal or for attaching to a bodice & decorating.  It is an excellent base for a professional costume!
