    This basque is new but has the convention tag on it which is probably how it got an ink mark on it. 10A fits a ladies size 4 to 6. (see the measurement chart) Attached are clear adjustable straps and silver metallic braid trim. This item retails at in adult sizes and is perfect.  These are manufactured by Wolff Fording and are perfect, brand new and will come in the original manufacturer's packaging. allgro sb30
