    This is a pull up platter styled tutu in black, 10 tiers of tulle and organdy for depth, lightness and opaqueness.These layers are stitched to a spandex red panty with an elasticized waist for support and comfort. . This is a great costume piece as you can use it with any leotard or basque . The tutu was designed to be used with the model in the catalog shot BUT WAS NEVER USED,  The model at least shows you the fullness and length of the tutu. This tutu retails at and the item is perfect,  This item was manufactured by Wolff Fording and is new, Fully hang tagged with new and untouched tags. Check out our other listings, we have so many things for dancers. This tutu is huge, I tried to count the layers and I came up with 12 many times but I am going to say it is 10.
