Delivery is by appointment for which you are contacted by phone call to schedule the date and time window.
Please keep in mind that you must be present at the time of delivery to sign and accept your shipment.
Please be prepared to handle your shipment at the time of delivery, We recommend having two people present at the time of delivery as the mattress is heavy and will come packaged well encased in a box.
In Home White Glove Delivery service is available upon request for an additional 9, and 9 for In home delivery with removal and disposal of an old mattress.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on order details such as the product selected, your location, delivery service etc. Large items shipped freight take 3-10 business days in transit time Delivery is by appointment.
