The Lucid Refresh™ 14” Gel Memory Foam Mattress has a medium-firm feel with three layers that provide the comfort and support needed for a good night’s rest. The top layer of ventilated gel memory foam conforms to the specific shape and weight of your body to relieve pressure. Beneath that is a 2-inch layer of ventilated, bamboo charcoal-infused memory that helps to regulate temperature and moisture while a high-density foam base layer provides lasting support throughout the night. All Lucid foam products are Certi-PUR-US certified which means it has been independently tested for safety of materials used, physical performance and environmental stewardship. For your protection, we do not change addresses via email, so make sure your shipping address is correct before you push the buy button!
Shipping
We ship UPS, USPS, FedEx among others. Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska, and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs. No International Shipping and no local pick-up. You will be notified with a tracking number when your order ships. If your package is lost in shipping, please contact us and we will locate it or replace it. We ship for free but some states charge a small shipping surcharge and will be applied at checkout.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If your merchandise is defective or damaged in shipping, we will replace the item if available, or issue you a prepaid return label for a full refund. If your item is missing a part or has a damaged part, please do not worry, just message us before you assemble it, and we will help you. Returns must be in the original box with materials and accessories.
