Caterpillar CAT Toy State Industrial Button Control Excavator - DIGGER (Read). Condition is preowned. Please see the photos for more details on it. It has been tested, and nearly all of the functions work. The sounds on it work. It can move backwards fine. When trying to go forwards only the right track rotates forward. The digger arm goes up and down. The bucket on it doesn’t move. This is a preowned item, and it has some scuffs/dirt residue/signs of use. It does not come with batteries.
