Anodized aluminum noisemaker / grogger / gragger in the form of a clown.  8.75" tall.  One side of the clown has a silver face, the other has a blue face.  The rod that the clown is attached to is appx. 10".  The clown has yellow or gold toned feet (see photos).  The blue ball at the end of the rod is aluminum.  At the other end of the rod is a red end cap with three small bells attached to it (for maximum grogosity). The item is in perfect condition. This was 9 when new.
