Antique imperial Russian silver c1890 Judaica kiddush shot cup Jerusalem?

Description

Up for auction is a very charming small antique imperial Russian shot cup. I am classifying this as Judaica, but am not sure. Either way, these items were very much purchased and used in Jewish homes in Eastern Europe of the 19th century.   It has an engraved image very much looking like the wailing wall in Jerusalem (this image is often see on old Judaica items).
14 grams, about 1.5 ".
In very nice condition.
A charming item and a vintage collectible from a lost world.
